My name is Rosie Arias and I am the Founder/Creative Director behind Whimsical Charm.

As a fashion designer, my mission is to keep the world warm one baby at a time. Being able to create a line that is loved by children brings me so much joy!

My love and passion is embedded into every product allowing your bundle of joy to feel comforted and at peace when wrapped in one of my designs.
